Fabric is cut to the length you order, so cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. We cover return shipping in these cases.
Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has its original tags and packaging. Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
